Prior to founding Kriss & Feit, and Kriss Feuerstein & Katz, the predecessors to Kriss and Feuerstein LLP, Mr. Kriss was the real estate partner of the law firm of Zukerman, Mishaan, Chernuchin & Kriss.
Practicing since 1981, Mr. Kriss has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, leasing, financings, loan workouts, foreclosures and cooperative and condominium law. In addition to an active New York practice, he has closed transactions in many different states. He has also developed a substantial expertise in general business law including partnership, shareholder and limited liability company agreements, employments agreements and all types of corporate contracts and agreements.
Mr. Kriss received a J.D. degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University, where he served as an Editor of the Law Review and as the assistant to the Dean of the Law School. Mr. Kriss is admitted to practice before the New York courts.
