Mr. Hoberman concentrates in all phases of real estate practice with a focus on commercial acquisitions, sales and conduit/securitized financing. Mr. Hoberman's practice includes selection of the proper vehicle for real estate investments, including joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies, acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, commercial leasing of all types of property, financing and lending.

Mr. Hoberman has extensive experience representing clients with many different financing needs, whether it is obtaining complicated securitized financing with preferred equity/ mezzanine financing through a conduit lender or straight residential loan for a single family home.

Mr. Hoberman represents a myriad of national lenders in his residential practice as well as buyers and sellers of residential real estate. In addition, Mr. Hoberman has significant experience in negotiating and drafting commercial and retail leases representing both landlords and tenants.
