Matthew Klein practices in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Klein has experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including the purchase and sale, financing, and leasing of properties nationwide, and the litigation of real estate related disputes. Mr. Klein has particular expertise in commercial loan transactions, where he represents lenders and borrowers in both loan originations and workouts and foreclosures of non-performing loans. Mr. Klein's practice also includes the representation of developers and investors in all phases of the conversion of newly constructed, vacant, and occupied buildings to cooperative and condominium ownership as well as in the representation of cooperative and condominium buildings throughout the metropolitan area on matters of building management and corporate governance.
Mr. Klein is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A. 2000) and the Boston University School of Law (J.D. 2003). He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey (2003) and the State of New York (2004).
