- Represented tenant in net lease of retail taxpayer located in Long Beach, New York
- Represented client in sale and lease of bar/restaurant located in West 50s on Ninth Avenue
- Represented landlord in lease-up of retail space in large office property in Grand Central area
- Represented landlord in lease negotiations (including leasehold financing issues) with national fast food chain for a new store on the upper Eastside
- Represented New York-area master developer of national fast food chain in evaluating locations and negotiating leases for new outlets
Financings
- Represented an investment pool lender in documenting and closing real estate-secured "hard money" loans
- Represented a borrower in negotiating and closing a permanent loan with a 10 year term at a fixed interest rate in the low 7% range made by a Wall Street conduit lender. The loan was secured by a first mortgage on 4 New York area mixed use properties.
- Represented numerous clients in refinancing existing debt, obtaining purchase money bridge loans and placing permanent loans on retail, office and mixed use properties located in and outside of New York City.
