Stuart Kossar’s practice focuses on resolving complex disputes for financial institutions, private investors, businesses, and individuals. Mr. Kossar has represented corporate and individual clients in all aspects of litigation from pleadings through appeals. His litigation experience encompasses a variety of matters including contested and uncontested commercial and residential foreclosures, landlord-tenant claims, lender liability claims, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and appeals. Mr. Kossar also has extensive skill in representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court in all facets of chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. Prior to joining Kriss & Feuerstein LLP, Mr. Kossar was an associate in a Westchester based firm where he represented financial institutions on diverse array of litigated cases.
Mr. Kossar received his Bachelor of Arts in History & International Relations from Lehigh University in 2004. He attended Albany Law School of Union University and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2007.
