Mr. Caso is an associate at Kriss & Feuerstein LLP. His practice includes: (i) representing both institutional and private lenders in commercial real estate lending matters; (ii) transactional matters, with a focus on the acquisition and sales of commercial properties; (iii) leasehold interest matters, including the drafting and negotiating of commercial leases on behalf of both property owners and tenants; and (iv) advising clients on land use issues, specializing in local law zoning matters. Prior to joining Kriss & Feuerstein LLP, Mr. Caso was an associate in the Banking Department for a Long Island based firm since 2011.
While attending law school, Mr. Caso interned for Honorable Dorothy Eisenberg, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Caso also interned in the Torts Bureau of the Office of the Nassau County Attorney and was a legal intern for the Mortgage Foreclosure & Predatory Lending Litigation Defense Project in White Plains, New York.
