Mr. Klein has experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including the purchase and sale, financing, and leasing of properties nationwide, and the litigation of real estate related disputes. Mr. Klein has particular expertise in commercial loan transactions, where he represents lenders and borrowers in both loan originations and workouts and foreclosures of non-performing loans. Mr. Klein also has extensive experience representing secured lenders in State and Federal Court (including Bankruptcy Court) in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Klein's practice also includes the representation of developers and investors in all phases of the conversion of newly constructed, vacant, and occupied buildings to cooperative and condominium ownership.
